crêpes recipe

what you need (for about 10 crêpes):
  • 300g flour
  • 600ml milk
  • a splash of lemon juice
  • 3 eggs


what you do:
  • blend all the ingredients really well so you get a pretty liquid and smooth dough
  • heat the pan, add a little oil and then pour only as much dough in there so the bottom of the pan is thinly covered
  • when the edges of the crêpe come off of the pan, you can turn it and fry it from the other side
  • both sides should get only slightly brown, unless you like a burnt/smoky taste ;)
  • I like to have my crêpes with either nutella and fruits or cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice
